What’s special about shopping at The Laughing Dog Gallery? 
Our collection of multi-media artwork is sophisticated and award winning. The Laughing Dog Gallery is not a middleman, simply representing a bunch of artists online with photos of their work. We are a true brick and mortar gallery with knowledgeable sales associates who can answer your questions about any of the work we carry. And we have been in business for 10 years, even earning the prestigious #1 American Craft Gallery award by Niche Magazine. 

When you order from our gallery, we don’t pick up the phone and have your artwork drop shipped to you from the artist. We are invested in our collection – enough to stock it in our Vero Beach gallery. When you order from us, we pull it from our stock, inspect it, gift wrap it, package it, insure it, and ship it to you. This may not seem particularly noteworthy, but if there is ever a problem with your order, we’ll be here to stand behind your purchase. We personally know all the artists whose work we carry. 

Is everything at The Laughing Dog Gallery available online? 
No, what you see online is only a small fraction of what we carry in our gallery. We strongly encourage you to visit our beautiful 4,500 square foot gallery in Vero Beach, Florida to appreciate the size of our collection. If a trip to Vero Beach isn’t in your travel plans, rest assured that we are always ready and willing to help you find the perfect piece. If you see an artist or an item that is of interest anywhere on our Web site, just pick up the phone or email us with your questions or requests. One of our knowledgeable associates will be happy to answer your questions and/or send photos of other work by that artist that is not shown on the Web site. 

How does the rewards program work? 
Shop, shop, shop and you shall be rewarded. When you reach $1000 in Laughing Dog Gallery purchases, whether online or in the store, you automatically become a member of our Bones Rewards Program. Once a member, we’ll throw you a bone: 10% off every purchase. And don’t worry about keeping track of your spending; we’ll do it for you.

What is your return policy? 
Items purchased at The Laughing Dog Gallery, with the exception of special orders, may be returned within seven days of receipt for a full refund, less shipping charges. Returns made after seven days but before 30 days will receive a store credit. There are no returns or exchanges after 30 days of purchase. 

How do I return an item? 
To return an item, you must contact The Laughing Dog Gallery, either by calling us at 1-888-9-TOPDOG or emailing us at admin@TheLaughingDogGallery.com to receive instructions and a return authorization number.

We can provide you with a UPS Return Service label, or, for an additional charge, arrange for a UPS pickup. You are responsible for shipping costs. 

Repack the product in its original packing materials unless the box’s condition is not suitable for a safe return to us. You are responsible for artwork damaged in return transit. If you received a defective item or if we shipped you an item that you did not order, The Laughing Dog Gallery will pay the cost for return shipping. 

You will receive a refund in the same form of payment originally used for the purchase within seven days of our receiving the return in new condition. Gift recipients will receive a Gift Certificate. You will receive a credit for the price of the artwork, less shipping costs. We cannot give credit for items that have been damaged, altered or worn. We will notify you of the status of your return by email if you have provided us with an email address. 

Why Won’t My Gift Certificate Work Online? 
It will; it just requires an extra step. The Laughing Dog Gallery Gift Certificates are valid online or in our Vero Beach, Florida gallery. Unfortunately, our software does not currently allow us to remotely process your gift certificate online. No worries, just call us at 1-888-9-TOPDOG, speak with one of our associates, and we’ll happily process your gift certificate purchase over the phone. We hope this is only a temporary inconvenience. 

What’s with the Shipping Surcharge on Certain Items? 
Some of the items in our collection are exceptional examples of an artist’s achievement. Many are limited editions, and some are the last of closed editions. Consequently, they are not always replaceable. That said, these exquisite items require very special packaging and insurance. It’s for your protection as well as ours that we need to ensure the safe arrival of exceptional pieces.
